Burnley A&E: Andrew Leads the Campaign

 Since Burnley General Hospital’s Accident & Emergency Department was downgraded to an ‘Urgent  Care Centre’ in November 2007, there has been significant public concern and confusion about local health services. Andrew Stephenson, along with thousands of local residents, campaigned against the Changes.
